I'm Shilpi, and I run Joy & Learn myself. This notice explains how I handle the information you share through this website.

What I collect

When you book a visit or ask me to text you, I collect the details you enter, such as your name, email, phone number, your child's age, your preferred day and time and any notes.

How I use it

Only to respond to your request, arrange your visit and share information about enrollment. I never sell or rent your information. I may contact you by email, phone or text message as you agreed when submitting a form. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out.

Service providers

I use trusted providers to run this site and deliver messages (for example, website hosting, email delivery and SMS delivery). They process data only on my behalf. I use privacy-friendly, cookie-less analytics to understand overall site usage.

Your choices

You can ask me to access, correct or delete the information you sent by emailing me at info@joyandlearn.com. California residents may have additional rights under state law.

Children

This website is intended for parents and guardians. I do not knowingly collect information directly from children.
